We were very impressed with Buildia from the beginning. They produced a highly detailed and costed bid for the work we needed done, started with 2 weeks notice and completed the work ahead of schedule. The quality of the work done was of the highest standard  and their team of workers were hugely professional from start to finish. What is undoubtedly a lot of upheaval for a family was helped enormously by their thoughtfulness and care when in our home. There were some complex challenges for them to solve during the build, and they worked quickly and successfully solved them removing a lot of stress for us. They've created a very modern and functional space for us to enjoy, and transformed a tired old house into a more practical home. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

What a great job the guys at Buildia did on our extension! nothing but praise from us for a job well done. First we received a properly costed quotation followed by a contract and staged payments based on valuation. The company started on the day they said they would and were on site every day early and even worked on late when they had to. A couple of minor problems were solved with no drama. Communication was great and were contacted by phone and email keeping us updated as to what was going on. I was really impressed with the job that the guys did with what was a fairly substantial renovation to my tenement flat.

The quote provided was extremely competitive and a good bit lower than the other firms I got to price the job. The relative cheapness of the quote was certainly not reflected in the quality of the work which was excellent throughout the job. I was carrying out some of the work myself and when I needed Lukasz and his guys to do some extra work they went out of their way to accommodate me.

They negotiated a mutually suitable start date, arrived promptly, well-organised, completed the work skilfully and left in a timely manner, having cleaned and tidied. The first task was inserting a window, that lightened our hall: this was achieved in a confident manner and neatly in 7 hours. We are very happy to recommend Maciej and his team. We have known him for around eight years. Over this time, he has worked on big projects at our home (e.g. new bathroom, large rooms plastered and decorated) and smaller maintenance jobs. All his work is of a high standard.
